The American Red Cross presents "A Salute to Service Vintage Cocktail Party" on Saturday, January 30 at the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center on the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Vintage attire not required, but admired or Cocktail attire. Join us as we celebrate decades of service and those who serve!
