The Downtown Franklin Association is holding a special meeting for downtown business and property owners on Wednesday evening, March 12 at Fred's, starting at 5:30.  The meeting will include the vision for Downtown Franklin in 2014, including DFA security grant, events and new business.  Light refreshments will be served.
