Blackwater Community Events presents the Blackwater Rhythm and Blues Band, sponsored by Ace Hardware of Franklin on Sunday January 28th from  2:30 - 6:00pm at Main Event in downtown Franklin. Proceeds from this event will help grow the Franklin Cruise-In to it the largest cruise-In in the region, while continuing to provide a free, family fun event for vehicle enthusiast, the general public, while making a positive impact in our community. Reserve tables are available for $25 and seat up to 8.  Food and alcohol will be available for purchase.  no outside food or coolers allowed.   Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.  Tickets are available at Ace Hardware in Franklin, or from Stan Rich 757-647-8700
