Smart Beginnings Western Tidewater in conjunction with the local school divisions will be hosting a kindergarten registration day on Wednesday, April 30. If you reside in the Counties of Isle of Wight, Southampton or the City of Franklin, mark your calendars to register your kindergartener for school next fall. You will need proof of residence, an up to date shot record, social security card and birth certificate.  The Registration sessions will take place at all Southampton County Elementary Schools from 3:30 - 6 pm.  All Isle of Wight County Elementary Schools from 10 am -6 pm and S P Morton in Franklin from: 2-6pm.
